The Oxili Service provides matching and support between homecare workers listed on the referral list and service users\u2014also known as self-managers\u2014who require home support and wish to manage their services through the Direct Allowance\/ Employment Paycheque (CES) program.<\/p>\n

What is the Service Employment Paycheque?<\/p>\n

The Direct Allowance \/ CES program is a method of delivering home support services that, in some cases, may be chosen by the service user and their CLSC patient navigator. Under this model, the service user (self-manager) becomes the employer!<\/p>\n

As such, Caisse Desjardins<\/em>, via the CES Processing Center, acts as the pay agent for the CLSC.<\/p>\n
